Due to the digital and instant nature of our Services (QR codes are generated and delivered immediately upon purchase or subscription activation), all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Eligible Refunds

We may offer refunds or credits at our discretion in limited cases, such as:

  • Technical errors on our end preventing QR code generation or access (reported within 48 hours of purchase)
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Non-delivery due to payment processor issues

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • User error (e.g., incorrect customization)
  • Issues with third-party services (e.g., scanned device compatibility, network issues, or linked content availability)
  • Used or downloaded QR codes

Subscription Refunds

Active subscriptions may be canceled for no future charges, but no prorated refunds for the current billing period unless required by law.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@africode.pro with your order details within 7 days of purchase. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

This policy complies with applicable consumer laws; your statutory rights are not affected.
