These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and features, including the generation and management of QR codes for calls (AfriKall), WiFi sharing (AfriKonnect), messaging (AfriText), location sharing and alerts (AfriTrack), and related functionalities (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using AfriCode.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

AfriCode.pro allows users to create, customize, publish, and share dynamic QR codes for purposes such as:

You retain ownership of content you upload or link via QR codes ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your QR codes as needed to provide the Services.

Certain features require payment (e.g., premium QR codes, advanced analytics, or subscriptions). All payments are processed securely via our payment providers. Prices are as displayed on the site and may change with notice.
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
The Services, including design, software, and branding, are owned by AfriCode or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.
Generated QR codes are for your personal or business use; you own your custom designs but not our underlying technology.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that QR codes will always function, that linked content will remain available, or that the Services will be error-free. WiFi sharing, calls, texts, and location features depend on third-party networks and devices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfriCode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
